New Ford Focus Car 2008 – Overview Interior
The ’08 Ford Focus has a completely redesigned interior with tons more storage space and a modern feel so open, you might have a hard time leaving the comfort of the driver's seat to go to work. Progressive is the word that best describes the interior. The new interior design not only adds more flexible storage space, but new surfaces and materials create a modern, contemporary cabin with a sense of openness.

All-new dash and display
The large, horizontal dash is all-new and sweeps into the center console to create that mod appeal. New ice-blue lighting replaces the former green on the instrument cluster, center console, steering wheel, and door lock and window switches. Ice blue's a cool and crisp color that mellows out the interior and is totally easy on the eyes when driving at night.
A few more design accents to be aware of: the SE model sports black controls while the SEL model kicks it up a notch with a brilliant matte silver-metallic finish.

Larger center console
The center console got a lot bigger too. It now boasts added space in front of the shifter for bonus storage. Plus, the newly designed door trim features larger bins and cupholders in the doors, and four more in the console. That’s a lot of space for coffee… and your prized collection of clutter.

Seating makeover
Seating got the “new-over” too, and gives Focus an altogether hipper mood. Check out the improved contours that offer more lateral and lumbar support. A new cloth pattern adds style and the leather-trimmed seats feature contrast stitching for an added touch of craftsmanship. SE models come with a stone interior, while SEL models come in stone or charcoal. Either way, slick gray is the way to play.
